The  internship  report
Good afternoon ladies and gentlemen. How is everybody doing today? I am so glad that all could join us. And I want to thank nursing department for being such an outstanding host. Give yourselves a big round of applause.
For the time being, four years in college has passed and you barely noticed it .Through studying the medical knowledge in the school, I believe I've had mastered some medical knowledge. When I walk out of the campus, putting it into practice is what l crave for. On the one hand, I am eager to have an opportunity to prove myself, while on the other hand it is also a chance for me to send a satisfactory answer for my theoretical studying for four years in the university.
By having an internship practice for half a year, what I get across is that there is still a large gap between the theory and practice. At the same time, I have acquaintance to the differences between them, while I also understand that they both end up in the same way—the service for patients. I realize that it is a necessary process to master the textbook knowledge, which is the layer of stairs to the clinical practice.
Rotating each department is common step ,almost a necessity  for every medical student in their internship . As just coming out of the school,it’s hard not to wonder if l will be proficient in a variety of nursing skills  As well as I have no confidence in myself, I always follow the back of the head nurse and doctor, listening to their conversation for patients and having the record while they making the ward rounds.Even though It's easy for me to adapt to the new situation, there is always a vague sense coming from nursing work at the time l entered the rooms, for adapting to new condition and the conception of my responsibility has not molding.. But with the teacher’s help, I’ve learned enormous knowledge and the peculiarity of each department. For example, during the days at  Carcinoma Department,l got the knowledge of venous transfusion.due to the specificity of drugs and other factors, can easily lead to extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs and other complications of liver dysfunction. And clinical drug extravasation of chemotherapeutic drugs by intravenous infusion of one of serious complications. Understanding of the characteristics of chemotherapeutic drugs and antagonism mechanism, through the education of patients, close observation and care, as well as the correct approach to the prevention and reduction of fluid extravasation and reduce the suffering of patients.
As a trainee, the lack of trusting on you can't be helped whatever you do .At that time When l meet this situation ,l will try to talk with them patiently and build trust with my professional knowledge.I realized that establishing the good relationship between nurses and patients is very important, which can bring convenience to our nursing work, but benefit to their health as well. the nurse's job is no longer as  injection, dispensing pills, ,it becomes more complex and creative, including psychological nursing. Nurses will not only help patients to cure disease, but also  give guidance to resume healthy
A famous actor  Victor Garber said: The smile is shortest distance between two persons. So,when l entered the rooms ,l always talk with a smile to shortened the distance of communication between people. At the same time I also realize the importance of professional knowledge learning, which is the most perfect capital, with which you can be confident to treat patients  Experience is the mother of wisdom, so I would cherish every opportunity that l deserve。 I would  listen to the communications and take notes seriously during the ward round. When coming back, I would take an positive review in order that I could remember them and change them into my own knowledge. What’s more , I realize that the more listening, the more you gaining. Two heads are always better than one. I will communicate with other interns frequently in order to learn more knowledge from various people that I do not know 。 In order to improve myself and promote my own professional knowledge to the next level
I have a plenty of failure, teacher’s criticism or blame will not obliterate the passion because l know It’s not necessarily succeed at everything the first time l try. The people succeeded  because they understood that you can't let your failures define you --,you have to let your failures teach you. You have to let them show you what to do differently in the next time.
Suddenly, I recall a speech that Obama delivered:“No one's born being good at all things. You become good at things through hard work. You're not a varsity athlete the first time you play a new sport. You don't hit every note the first time you sing a song. You've got to practice. The same principle applies to your schoolwork. You might have to do a math problem a few times before you get it right. You might have to read something a few times before you understand it. You definitely have to do a few drafts of a paper before it's good enough to hand in.
So l never be afraid to ask questions or  help when l need it. I do that every day. Asking for help isn't a sign of weakness, it's a sign of strength because it shows you have the courage to admit when you don't know something, and that then allows you to learn something new.
I can still remember the sentimental as entering the school, recall  on the principal said that you were the most lovely people on the opening ceremony, call to mind that my mother and father’s desire in their eyes when I got on the bus from hometown, remember the beautiful aspiration hoping can have a perfect job when graduating. Blink of an graduation, looking at the busy figure in hospital, staring at them for the longest time, I could not able to breath as the all scenes in my mind kept wandering.  As I have the honor to be a number of the busy figures. Fortunately, I have also lost my original tender, to taking things coolly Youth is a poem that would never say die, and I hope my verse is stacked up by the medical term, In the process of the tireless pursuit of medical knowledge, I learned the true meaning of the life and the significance youth.
We are not saints, we can not have the "no desire no beg, all we want to do is save lives without any payment" state, but we can use our professional knowledge, with our love , patience as well,  let every return with satisfaction, carry forward the humanitarian spirit to heal the wounded and rescue the dying, contribute our own strength for medical career.
For here.t i don't know where should i begin to say since  I ‘ve gain so much from the hospital that I can not express my gratitude to the tutors and so many people who gave me assistance in just a few words. I have deep love for the career, so I am totally willingly content myself with it.
That’s all. Thanks for your listening to my speech.
